Aglio e Olio Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 pound baby potatoes, washed and dried
1 tablespoon Eder Gewrüze Aglio e Olio spice blend
2 tablespoons olive oil
Eder Gewürze Bio Lemon Salt and Eder Gewürze Andalimanpepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Cut any large potatoes in half so that they are all roughly the same size.
In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, Aglio e Olio spice blend, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Aglio e Olio Roasted Potatoes as a side dish or snack!
