Preparation: Boil fresh, cold water. It's best to use pure, non-stale water to fully savor the tea's flavor. Place one teaspoon of BIO Green Rooibos Tea per cup in a teapot or tea infuser. You can adjust the quantity to your desired intensity. Pour the boiling water over the tea.

The optimal water temperature is around 95°C (203°F). Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your personal taste. Longer steeping can result in a more intense flavor. Remove the tea infuser or tea bags from the pot or cup to prevent over-steeping.
