Mix the flour with salt, olive oil, and water to form a smooth dough and let the dough rest covered. In the meantime, peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Roast the breadcrumbs in olive oil. Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured tablecloth with your hands. You should be able to read a newspaper under the dough. Brush the dough with some olive oil. Spread the roasted breadcrumbs over it, then add the apple pieces and season with apple strudel spice according to taste.
