2 tablespoons olive oil

Marinate the lamb with yoghurt and let stand for 2 hours. Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin, coriander and fennel to the pan and sauté a little. Add the onion, add the ginger and garlic, salt, add the marinated lamb to the pan, add the remaining marinade. Add a cup of water, close the lid and cook at 180 degrees. When the meat is cooked, serve hot in a deep plate, garnished with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
