Phu Quoc pepper is considered by experts as one of the best peppers worldwide. The soil and the weather on the island of Phu Quoc are
ideal for this wonderful pepper. The main harvest time is from February to July, when the ripe grains in the varieties red, black and white
become harvested. The peppercorns are harvested by hand in the sun and dried. Chemicals are not used.
