The preparation of rooibos tea is simple and straightforward.
- Heat water to 100 degrees Celsius.
- Take one teaspoon of rooibos tea for each cup of tea you want to prepare.
- Place the rooibos tea in a tea infuser or tea filter and place it in a teapot or cup.
- Pour the hot water over the rooibos tea and let it steep for 5-10 minutes to get the best aroma and flavor.
- Remove the tea infuser or tea filter and enjoy your rooibos tea.
- You can optionally add some milk, lemon or honey to vary the taste.
