Rustic, after the great Canadian landscape smelling. This spice base remembers of the taste - for a quick and easy to prepare grilling sauce at a camp fire in the wide open spaces of Canada.
In a middle bowl mix half a cup of apple sauce with half a cup of ketchup, 6 tablespoons of lemon juice and 150g of spice mixture. Use this marinade to marinate the food in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Apply the sauce more often during grilling.
