Fattoush - Salad - Spice Blend - 250g

How to use

4 tablespoons olive oil
2 small pitta breads
6 quartered tomatoes
1 large cucumber, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
some crumbled feta cheese

Cut the pitta bread into cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil,fry the bread pieces until browned.
Mix cucumbers, tomatoes, spices, the feta cheese, the remaining olive oil, lemon juice in a large bowl.
Garnish with the toasted bread pieces and chilli rings and serve
