No flavor enhancers, colorings and preservatives mixed Rub pork with spice mixture .Let rest in the refrigerat covered overnight. Put meat in the smokerwith constant heat up to a temperature of approx 85 degrees.Cover meat again and allow to rest yet about 1/2 hour. The meat is then hot and disintegrates.Pluck apart with a fork.
