Buffalo Chicken - 1kg

Ingredients: sea salt, chilli. pepper, brown sugar, cumin, garlic, sugar, fennel, mustard flour.
We mix all spice mixtures without dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
A strong and spicy chicken mix that they love at the big barbeque festivals in America.

TIP: Use your Buffalo spice mixture as a sauce:

1 1/3 cup of hot sauce
about 110 grams of butter3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
about 1 teaspoon Buffalo spice mixture

Take a small bowl over medium heat stir the hot sauce with the Buffalo spice mixture.
Simmer the mixture gently, remove from the heat. Allow the sauce to cool.
The sauce gets a little thick while it cools down. Before serving, stir the sauce briefly.
